A prolific visionary leader Dato’ Mohd Firdaus Abdullah has a distinctive educational credentials whereby it is an amalgamation of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Bachelor in Business Administration from the United Kingdom. Being young and not daunted to excel on his own had propelled him into the business realm naturally and in a span of 20 years he had achieved great success.
An inspiring personality Dato’ Mohd Firdaus in the year 2002 invited a group of social campaigners to form a relevant consumer protection association that can truly represent the interests of the consumers! Due to his persistent and tireless efforts as the elected President of the consumer association that started as Persatuan Pelindung Pengguna Pahang was later transformed to be Persatuan Perlindungan Pengguna Malaysia or PPPM whereby membership was open to all Malaysians and currently PPPM is well represented in all the states of Malaysia. PPPM is a registered entity with the Registrar of Societies and the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Being versatile Dato’ Mohd Firdaus holds the interest of the consumers dearly and with the objective of value adding the activities of PPPM in the year 2007 the Koperasi Pelindung Malaysia Berhad or KOPMA was incorporated. Thus with the intention of generating supplementary benefits to its members KOPMA acquired shares in Shopping Voucher Rewards International Sdn Bhd.

His experience and his flexibility has led him to contribute to a variety of industries including hospitality, membership and loyalty, manufacturing and even beauty. His main aim is always to ensure that the product receives the attention and respect it deserves.

UDHAYA KUMAR
Card and Payment Services Consultant
Udhaya Kumar has been in the credit card industry for almost 20 years in various departments i.e. Operation, Card Marketing, Merchant Marketing and Project Management. Since 1999, he has been involved with leading local banks in the marketing, Implementation and maintenance of their new credit card operations and has helped loyalty operators in various areas of their implementation and overseas expansions. More recently, he was consulting for visa international on all aspects of Marketing, Consumer Research, Advertising & Promotions and Product Implementations. He was responsible for sales and marketing for Visa International in Malaysia, and also indirectly assisted Visa’s member banks in their Visa product-related initiatives. Thus he has vast experience in different organizational business requirements and challenges
